These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase of The First Thousand Days (the “Product”), a digital ebook sold by Konnecte LTD (“we”, “us”) through https://neurast.com (“Neurast”). By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Product

The Product is a downloadable digital ebook in PDF format. It is an educational resource. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Price and payment

The price is shown at checkout in the stated currency and includes any applicable taxes unless indicated otherwise. Payment is processed securely by Revolut. We do not receive or store your card details. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully authorised or completed.

3. Delivery

Delivery is electronic and immediate. On confirmation of payment, you will be given a secure download link on the confirmation page and by email. For security, your download link is valid for 30 days and up to 25 downloads. We recommend saving the file to your device. If you have trouble downloading, contact support@neurast.com and we will help.

4. Right of withdrawal and refunds (digital content)

Because the Product is digital content supplied immediately, you are asked at checkout to consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that, once the download has begun, you lose any statutory right of withdrawal/“cooling-off” period that would otherwise apply to the supply of digital content. You provide this consent by ticking the required box and proceeding to payment. For this reason, all sales are final and purchases are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. This does not affect any mandatory legal rights you may have.

5. Licence and acceptable use

On purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and read the Product for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may print a copy for personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, sublicense, or publicly post the Product or any substantial part of it, or remove any copyright notices. All intellectual-property rights in the Product remain with us or our licensors.

6. Not medical advice

The Product is for general educational purposes only and is not medical advice. It is not a substitute for professional care from your pediatrician, health visitor or other qualified professional, and it cannot diagnose or treat any condition. Always follow your provider’s guidance on feeding, sleep, safety and development, and seek prompt care if you have concerns about your child. You are responsible for any decisions you make.

7. Availability and technical requirements

To use the Product you need a device capable of opening PDF files and a working email address. We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Product. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom, and the courts of that jurisdiction will have authority over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you where you live.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here at the time of your purchase.
